The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017. We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London. These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St James’s Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens. Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with tens of millions of visits every year.

We’ve launched our new Sustainability Strategy (2025-2030) and we are now looking for a Sustainability Administrator to join us on a full-time basis for a permanent contract, working 36 hours per week.

The Role

As a Sustainability Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting in the delivery of The Royal Parks’ Sustainability Strategy (2025-2030) working closely with the Head of Sustainability and colleagues across all directorates.

You will ensure the smooth coordination of sustainability activities by maintaining accurate documentation, managing utility meter and billing data, tracking monthly consumption, and liaising with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues.

You will also help to drive engagement by supporting sustainability campaigns, organising workshops and training, and producing high‑quality meeting minutes and reports.

About You

To be considered as a Sustainability Administrator, you will need:

  • Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience engaging stakeholders and supporting sustainability initiatives
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Teams and SharePoint
  • Great written and verbal communication, including the ability to produce accurate meeting minutes
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine interest in sustainability
  • A commitment to our values: responsible, excellent, inclusive, open and respectful
